The apartment, with one bedroom (large 160×200 cm bed) and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 (140×200 cm), is fully air-conditioned. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Ideally located halfway between the train station and the sea, both less than 300 m away. Restaurants, shops, casino, beach, Monoprix or Carrefour—all within walking distance, no car needed; you can leave it on rue des Écores or any adjacent street where parking is free.
